There's been a surprising amount of red ramp recently, so playing this six drop ahead of the curve and refilling your hand is distinctly possible - with some counterspell protection from Cavern of Souls, of course
You can cast The Last Ronin's Technique for just two mana using sneak, which requires an unblocked attacking creature to be confirmed, at which point you cast this spell, and three 1/1 Ninja Turtle tokens enter play tapped and attacking
